Fulu App Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fulu mobile application ("App") operated by ManesVenom ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fulu is a mobile application that provides educational content and language learning services. The App offers various features to help users learn and understand different language expressions and terminology.

The App is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the App will not violate any applicable law or regulation

4. App Store Terms

4.1 Apple App Store

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and ManesVenom, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• In case of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Apple will not be responsible for the investigation or defense of such claim

4.2 Google Play Store

If you download the App from Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and ManesVenom, not Google
• Google is not responsible for the App or its content
• Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App

5. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit or upload any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ManesVenom, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ManesVenom and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ManesVenom regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and ManesVenom.
