The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ManesVenom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
IMPORTANT: Hope Tree is designed for general activity and self-reflection purposes only. The App does not provide medical, therapeutic, or professional health advice. The mindfulness tools and exercises are for general wellness and should not replace professional medical care.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANESVENOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Local Storage Only: All your data is stored exclusively on your device. Hope Tree does not sync data to any servers, including our own or third-party services. You are responsible for backing up your device using your device's backup system to preserve your Hope Tree data.
No Contact Access: The App does not access or collect your device contacts.
No Local Storage Collection: The App does not collect information about other apps or files on your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
