Macau Taxi Fare

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Macau Taxi Fare mobile application ("App") provided by ManesVenom ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Children's Use

The App is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please use the App only with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Description of Service

Macau Taxi Fare is a mobile application that provides:

• Estimated taxi fare calculations based on official Macau taxi rates
• Distance and time-based fare estimates
• Location-based services for route planning
• Information about Macau taxi services and regulations

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate location information when using location services
• You acknowledge that the App uses your device's location to provide fare estimates and routes, and you consent to this use
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App for any commercial taxi booking or dispatch services
• Respect intellectual property rights

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the App "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of fare estimates
• We are not responsible for actual taxi services or disputes with taxi drivers
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ManesVenom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

9. App Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time
• Change these Terms of Service with notice
• Update fare calculation algorithms based on official rate changes
• Add or remove features to improve user experience

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" and posting the new Terms in the App.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The taxi fare calculation is based on official Macau taxi rates, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by the App.
