1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Morse Dot mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Morse Dot is a tactile Morse code playground for exploring Morse code through sound, touch, timing, and visual feedback. The App may provide features including:

• Playing Morse code tones and rhythm patterns
• Practicing Morse code input with touch-based controls
• Translating text into Morse code
• Decoding Morse code into text
• Viewing Morse code reference tables
• Replaying signals for practice and recognition
• Creating and sharing Morse-style messages
• Adjusting speed, tone, vibration, and feedback settings
• Using optional training features or premium content where offered

3. User Accounts

Morse Dot does not require account creation or sign-in. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data using the app's export feature
• Understanding that uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored data

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in Morse Dot, including goals, journal entries, and photos. All your content is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to, store, or process your content on any servers. Your data never leaves your device.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any third-party rights
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to harm or exploit minors

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Morse Dot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ManesVenom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANESVENOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Data Storage and Backup

Local Storage Only: All your data is stored exclusively on your device. Morse Dot does not sync data to any servers, including our own or third-party services. You are responsible for backing up your device using your device's backup system to preserve your Morse Dot data.

No Contact Access: The App does not access or collect your device contacts.

No Local Storage Collection: The App does not collect information about other apps or files on your device.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ManesVenom regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
