Getting Started

When you open the app, you'll see the main dashboard. From there, you can select a measurement type and begin logging entries.

Adding a Measurement

• Select a measurement type from the dashboard
• Enter your reading
• Add optional notes
• Save to record it in your history

Viewing Your Data

• Access your history from the main screen
• View past entries in list or chart format
• Filter by date range
• View general reference ranges (for informational purposes only)

Exporting Data

• Generate PDF reports of your recorded data
• Select a date range
• Share files using the iOS system share sheet

Is my data private?

Yes. All data is stored locally on your device. The app does not collect or transmit personal measurement data to external servers.

Can Stilly provide medical advice?

No. Stilly is intended for personal record-keeping only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

How is my data backed up?

If iCloud device backup is enabled, your app data may be included as part of your device backup.

Is Stilly free?

Core logging features are available for free. Some features, such as unlimited exports, require a one-time purchase.
