These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Thai Simple (“Thai Simple”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Using Thai Simple

You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial language learning. You are responsible for your device, your Apple ID, and keeping your device and any local App data secure.

2. Learning content

Thai Simple provides educational lessons, examples, translations, audio, pronunciation feedback, and reference material. The App is not a guarantee of fluency, proficiency, translation accuracy, or any particular learning result. Translations and pronunciation suggestions should be treated as learning support, not professional or official advice.

3. Camera, scans, and recordings

When you choose to scan Thai text or make a recording, you give the App permission to process that content to provide the feature you requested. You are responsible for having the right to capture, store, and use any image, text, or voice recording you submit.

4. Premium purchases

Thai Simple may offer an optional Premium subscription or purchase. Premium unlocks features described in the App, which may include unlimited listening and speaking practice, Thai camera translation, scan history, pronunciation feedback, and Thai breakdowns.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the terms shown by Apple and the App Store rules. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App or its content.
• Do not interfere with the App or attempt to access systems not intended for you.
• Do not use the App to violate any law or another person’s rights.
• Do not submit content that you do not have permission to use.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, name, branding, lessons, illustrations, and related materials, belongs to ManesVenom or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the App; they do not transfer ownership.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, and some audio, translation, scanning, or pronunciation functions may depend on device capabilities or supporting services. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the App or these Terms. We may suspend access if you materially breach these Terms or if required to protect the App or comply with law. You may stop using Thai Simple at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the App handles learning data, scans, recordings, and support information.
