These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kana Coach (“Kana Coach”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Kana Coach

You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial language learning. You are responsible for your device, your account with the App Store, and keeping your device secure.

2. Learning content

Kana Coach provides educational content for practice and reference. It is not a guarantee of fluency, proficiency, or any particular learning result.

3. Purchases

If the App offers paid features, the applicable price and terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Purchases are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund rules.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App.
• Do not interfere with the App or attempt to access systems that are not intended for you.
• Do not use the App to violate any law or another person’s rights.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, name, branding, and learning materials, belongs to ManesVenom or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the App; they do not transfer ownership.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the App or these Terms. We may suspend access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using Kana Coach at any time by deleting it from your device.
