1. About CardSense

CardSense is a mobile entertainment and performance tool designed to support card-magic demonstrations. It is intended for personal, lawful entertainment use.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

You are responsible for using CardSense in a safe, lawful, and respectful way. Do not use the app to mislead people in situations involving money, identity, security, consent, or any other material decision.

You must also respect the privacy and intellectual-property rights of people whose cards, images, voices, or personal information may be captured or used with the app.

3. Camera, photos, and device features

Some features require access to your camera, photo library, microphone, motion sensors, or haptic hardware. You control these permissions through your device settings. If a permission is denied, the related feature may not work.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before photographing or recording another person.

4. Purchases and CardSense Pro

CardSense may offer optional paid features through Apple’s App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and payment rules. CardSense does not receive or store your full payment details.

Subscriptions or one-time purchases, pricing, availability, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the terms of the App Store account used to make the purchase.

5. Intellectual property

CardSense, its name, branding, software, visual design, artwork, and original content are owned by or licensed to the CardSense developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; they do not transfer ownership to you.

6. User content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you create or import into CardSense. You are responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use it.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of CardSense at any time, including to improve security, performance, compatibility, or compliance with platform requirements.

8. Disclaimer

CardSense is provided for entertainment purposes on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardSense is provided without warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device or performance environment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the CardSense developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
