1. Overview

Revomn is built to keep your memories private and, where possible, stored locally on your device. We do not require you to create a Revomn account to use the App.

2. Information We Collect

Information you choose to store

Content you add to Revomn, such as photos, videos, screenshots, voice notes, text fragments, diary entries, and archives, is stored on your device and managed by you. We do not use your personal content to build a public profile.

Information you provide to us

If you contact us for support, you may send us your email address, your message, screenshots, logs, or other information you choose to include. We use that information only to answer your request and provide support.

Purchase and entitlement information

If you buy premium features, lifetime access, or other in-app purchases, Apple or Google may provide us with purchase or entitlement status needed to unlock those features. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple or Google.

Device and diagnostic information

We may receive limited diagnostic or technical information that is necessary to operate the App or resolve support issues, such as app version, operating system version, crash details, or device model, depending on the platform and what you choose to share.

Permissions and media access

Some features may request access to your photos, camera, microphone, or files so you can import or create content inside the App. These permissions are only used to support the features you choose to use.

Age verification on Android

On Android, the App may use Google Play age signals to determine whether age-related access rules should apply. The result is used only for access control and is not used to advertise to you or build a profile about you.

We use information only to operate and improve Revomn and to support you when you ask for help. This can include:

• Saving and displaying your content inside the App
• Processing imports, exports, and archive restores
• Unlocking paid features and checking purchase status
• Responding to support requests

We do not sell your personal content or use it for advertising. We may share limited information only in these situations:

• Service providers: For example, Apple, Google, or email providers that help deliver App Store services, purchases, or support communications.

5. Storage and Retention

Your content is intended to stay on your device unless you choose to export, back up, or share it. If you delete content in the App or uninstall the App, that content is removed from your device according to the platform’s storage behavior.

Support messages and any related correspondence are retained only as long as needed to respond to you, comply with law, or maintain records for support and security purposes.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the App and the information we handle, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, passcodes, and exported files.

7. Children’s Privacy

Revomn is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by law in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.

8. Your Choices

• You can delete content from the App at any time.
• You can uninstall the App to remove local data from your device.
• You can contact us to request support or ask about your information.
• You can manage platform permissions in your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
