These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Revomn ("Revomn", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Revomn is a private memory space app for saving and organizing screenshots, chats, photos, videos, voice notes, fragments, and related personal content. The App may also include desktop mode, archive export and restore, and other features that help you view and manage your memories across devices.
Important: Revomn is a personal organization and storage tool. It is not a backup service, not a medical product, and not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms where you live. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity.
Revomn may work without creating a separate Revomn account. Some features may depend on your device, operating system, App Store account, or platform permissions. You are responsible for keeping your device and any access credentials secure.
You own the content you create, import, store, or export in the App, subject to the rights of other people and any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to save in Revomn and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Revomn is designed to keep your personal content private and local to your device where possible. Please review our Privacy Policy for more detail.
We may offer paid features, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, or other in-app purchases. Apple processes App Store purchases, and your payment is subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
You agree not to misuse the App. For example, you must not:
We may update, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
The App, including its design, branding, code, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of any part of the App other than the rights necessary to use it according to these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the App will be error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App.
If applicable law does not allow some of these limitations, they apply only to the extent allowed.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may post the new version on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, unless a different rule is required by law. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate forum under applicable law.
